Administrative Director of Nursing
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Facilitates, coordination, communication and collaboration among assigned nursing managers/personnel, physicians, ancillary departments, the community and administration.
Works in collaboration with the Department Chairman to manage the operations of the service.
Develops performance indicators for all critical operations, evaluates outcomes and provides timely feedback.

Requirements for this job:
Current license within the state of practice
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Health Related Field or Business required; Masters preferred
Minimum six years of nursing experience
Minimum of four years clinical management experience
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication
Demonstrates collaboration with physicians, staff and organization's associates
Possesses knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the service and develops methodologies to review and ensure compliance.
Ability to work in a stressful environment
