Responsibilities:
Directs the nursing department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with Federal, State, facility's standards, guidelines and regulations
Conducts the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under the State's Nurse Practice Act

Requirements for this job:
Current RN license within the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred)
Five years experience in long-term or acute health care preferred
At least two years nursing supervisory experience required
