Nursing Supervisor (Per Diem)

Sumary of Duties: The Administrative Supervisor assumes managerial responsibility for the Division and the Hospital for an eight-hour shift during evening, night,weekend and holiday hours. She/he provides support and resources as needed by staff and physicians in their provision of patient care, and communicates pertinient information to Division/Hospital management staff. Graduate of NLS accredited school of nursing, BSN or equivalent degree preferred. Current CA RN license, BCLS, ACLS and ProACT certification required. Demonstrated expertise in clinical nursing practice with minimum of two years experience. Demonstrated expertise in management as either first line or shift manager with one year experience. Demonstrated oral and writing skills in English.
