Salary range: $25.74 - 32.56 per diem.Summary of Duties: Prepare IV admixtures and chemotherapy, fill UD medications, Pyxis, barcoding and med recon. Good knowledge of computer system. Other duties as assigned. Prefer knowledge in barcoding, inventory management and Pyxis. Mandatory high school graduation, inpatient experience, CPhT. Good computer skills and able to maintain databases. Good communication skills and able to work all shifts for 24/7 operation. Mandatory completion of a technician training program or equivalent pharmacy technician work experience. Prefer minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience and CPhT. Good computer skills and barcode experience is a must. Good computer skills - window applications, IV related devices unit dosing equipment/barcode machines. Good communication skills and knowledge of meds.
