Neurophysiologic Monitor Tech Inpatient Facility

This facility is located close to the beautiful shores of Lake Erie in Northern, OH and is the area's largest and most comprehensive provider of quality health care services.
Responsibilities: Responsible for intra-operative, pre-op and post-op neurophysiologic monitoring Performs specialized procedures that involve various types of monitoring and recording observations to collect diagnostic patient data Will provide SSEP, EMG, VEP and EEG services for all types of spine, brain, orthopedic, and vascular cases Will provide ABC if certified to perform Ensures proper operation, maintenance, and stock levels of OR equipment and supplies Maintains equipment in optimal condition, trouble shoots problems intra-operatively Complies with all safety and infectious policies Provides written documentation of monitoring services as rendered Ensures quality monitoring services

Requirements for this job: Bachelor of Science Degree Certified in neurophysiologic monitoring (CNIM) Minimum - years experience with spine and/or neuro intraoperative monitoring preferred Highly motivated and self-starter person preferred BLS Certification
