| DESCRIPTION
|
We are currently seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a + bed hospital pharmacy in Central California. The incumbent will provide pharmaceutical care to include: pharmacokinetic evaluation and monitoring; parenteral nutrition monitoring; chart review; antibiotic monitoring; drug information; and educational services; as well as annual goals adopted by the Department of Pharmacy.
